On December 11, 2025, the University of Hawai‘i will begin the transition to a new and improved Banner Student Information System.

The Student Information System and all other supported systems and services (Admissions, Registration, Records, Official Transcripts, Graduation, Financial Aid, Counseling, Payments, and more) will be unavailable from December 11, 2025 to January 3, 2026.

Please plan ahead and submit Student Forms by December 8, 2025. Forms received after December 8th, will be processed in January once the system is back online.

If it is sensitive information you are welcome to use our Filedrop system (https://www.hawaii.edu/filedrop/). Emails should be sent from your hawaii.edu email as it serves as your signature.
